These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kg33 platform and all associated services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on kg33, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the kg33 platform. These Terms are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered the definitive document.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed immediately and all earned bonuses will be cancelled.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The kg33 platform currently accepts deposits through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount via any method is ৳200.

Deposited funds must come only from the user's own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. The balance may not be activated until proof of deposit is received.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must only be made after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

The kg33 authority reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is identified as fraudulent, unauthorised, or suspicious, the kg33 authority has the full right to freeze the associated balance and conduct an investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based solely on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳10,000 in bets (৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000) before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• More than one bonus offer cannot be active at the same time
• Each bonus has a fixed validity period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account
• The kg33 authority reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer

All gaming activities on the kg33 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules and users are solely responsible for reading those rules thoroughly before starting to play.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

kg33 uses SSL encryption and secure gaming technology to ensure fair play. If any user notices a system error or unusual behaviour, they are requested to notify the support team immediately.

6.2 Technical Errors

If any game is left incomplete due to server errors, network issues, or other technical reasons, the kg33 authority reserves the right to review the result of that game. Any abnormal winnings arising from an error may be cancelled.

6.3 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, bet amounts and outcomes depend entirely on the result of the event. kg33 reserves the right to cancel or amend bets under specific circumstances, such as when an event is cancelled or in the case of disputed results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kg33 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Using bots, automation software, or other artificial methods
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts
• Creating an account with false or fraudulent information
• Conducting transactions using another person's identity
• Disrupting the normal operation of the system

If these rules are violated, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
